About eatoutsmart.co.com
Why this site exists
Eating out shouldn't mean guessing. When you're watching calories, hitting a protein target, managing diabetes, following keto, or just trying to make smarter choices at Chipotle, you need numbers you can trust โ and a fast way to get them.
Chipotle publishes its nutrition data publicly, but the official calculator can be slow, and their paper menu only shows ranges. If you want to see exactly what your order contains โ with your specific protein, rice, beans, salsas, and toppings โ you have to click through a ton of screens or do math by hand.
eatoutsmart.co.com solves that. Every calculator on this site is:
- Live-updating โ click ingredients, see totals instantly.
- Comprehensive โ every official Chipotle ingredient, including regional items and seasonal specials.
- Multi-meal aware โ build a full order with chips, queso, and a drink, see the combined totals.
- Free and ad-supported โ no sign-ups, no paywalls, no "premium features".

Where our data comes from
All nutrition values are pulled directly from Chipotle Mexican Grill's publicly available sources:
- Primary source: Chipotle's US Nutrition Facts Paper Menu (most recent edition, 3-2025).
- Secondary source: The official calculator at chipotle.com/nutrition-calculator, which we've verified ingredient-by-ingredient.
- Cross-checks: Comparisons against Nutritionix, MyFitnessPal, and USDA data for staple ingredients.
Our values are rounded to whole numbers to match Chipotle's own display convention. When Chipotle's own data differs between the paper menu and the online calculator (occasionally it does), we use the online calculator as it is updated more frequently.
How accurate are the numbers?
As accurate as Chipotle's published data โ which is itself an approximation. Chipotle's own disclaimer notes that actual nutrition varies because of portion differences between locations, ingredient variations by season, and recipe updates. Our calculators inherit that same variability.
For the most up-to-date and location-specific data, always check Chipotle's official calculator or the nutrition documents posted in the restaurant. Our tool is best used for planning an order, not for precise medical-grade tracking if you have diabetes, food allergies, or celiac disease.
Independence and disclaimers
eatoutsmart.co.com is an independent reference tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in any way. "Chipotle" is a trademark of Chipotle Mexican Grill; we use the name to describe their publicly available menu and nothing more.
We are ad-supported (Google AdSense) to keep the tool free. We never accept paid content, sponsored reviews, or affiliate deals that could bias our nutrition data.
Staying current
Chipotle occasionally updates menu items, adds seasonal specials (Chicken al Pastor, Carne Asada, etc.), and revises portions. When we notice a change on Chipotle's official sources, we update our tool. If you notice stale data, please tell us via the contact page โ we read every message.
